No T Consulting, LLC was founded in March of 2015, stemming from significant interest from companies in need of silicon(e) expertise. Bill Schulz, the founder and owner of No T Consulting, LLC, had retired from the Dow Corning Corporation in February, 2015, after nearly 30 years service, and found that the demand for expertise in the general area of silicone chemistry was strong.
Bill began consulting with a multi-national corporation immediately, and has worked with a number of other clients since. He is amenable to a number of different consulting arrangements, including "virtual" consulting (on-line meetings, teleconferences, e-mail communications, etc.), on-site visits, third-party interactions (client-customer, attorney-client, etc.), and would be happy to entertain any business model that is beneficial to all parties involved.
No T Consulting, LLC was formed in Midland, MI, and was located in Midland until May, 2016. Bill and the company relocated to Arizona in June, 2016.
Bill is happy to negotiate hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly rates for consulting services. In cases where intellectual property (IP) is to be generated, multiple arrangements are possible with respect to ownership and licensing. Bill is happy to sign secrecy agreements, as required by clients, but does not require them unless IP will potentially be created.
